Why is my order taking so long to ship?

We ship direct from our China manufacturer to your door step. Shipping speeds take 10-20 days after processing, generally 5-12 business days. We understand you want to get your little ones closet stocked asap and we do our best to fulfill orders within 24-48 hours after purchase, and our standard processing time is 2-8 business days. Yes, shipping speeds are a bit longer than we’d like but we ship direct from China to save you $$ and it’s FREE (* for orders over $19.99)! Where is my order confirmation email?

Why are some of my shipments from China?

For a large portion of our products, we ship direct from our China manufacturer to your door step. Yes, shipping speeds are a bit longer than we’d like but we ship direct from China to save you money and still offer a great quality product.

How long does shipping take?

10-20 days or 5-12 business days. Currently our average shipping speed is 9 days, including weekends.

Our tracking information should be emailed to you within our standard processing time of 5-8 business days.

What if part of my order is missing?

To reduce cost and shipping complexities, items in orders are shipped as soon as they are ready. This can result in multiple tracking numbers for all of your items.

Please check your email for additional tracking codes for the items you haven’t received.

How do Olive and Quin’s clothing sizes work?

While we manufacture and ship from China, our sizes are not Chinese. We are a retail boutique, selling boutique clothing, hence, our clothes are labeled in Euro sizes. However, we have matched our products to the appropriate US size guide, to provide you with an easy online shopping experience.

What happens if I am moving or planning to move?

We highly recommend that if you are planning on moving that you delay your order until your are located at your new address, or have your items shipped to your new address instead.

Olive and Quin is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect or outdated.

Can I have my order shipped to a hotel or hospital?

We strongly advise against having orders shipped to a hotel or hospital, as the is a strong chance that they will get misplaced or lost within a large mail room, or sent to the wrong person within the building.

Any orders sent to these locations are not reccommend and cannot be recalled or rerouted.
